  • Checking the activities of the Company's divisions, as well as the investment committee of the Company;
  • Carrying out audits. Report preparation of the Annual plan of financial audits;
  • preparation of reports for the governance board, the executive body of the Company and conclusions on the results of audits that contain conclusions about existing deficiencies and recommendations for improving the Company's operations;
  • monitoring the effectiveness of the measures taken by the Company's departments and bodies as a result of inspections of the Company's divisions ensuring a reduction in the level of identified risks, or documenting the decision made by the management of the division and (or) management bodies on the acceptability of the identified risks to the Company;
  • determination of the risk area in the Company's operations, which must be subjected to internal and external audits;
  • Evaluation of the Company's internal control procedures to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the financial information provided to the Company's management and external users;
  • other functions stipulated by internal documents of the Company.


  • availability of higher economic, legal, mathematical or technical education;
  • experience in the provision or regulation of financial services for at least one year (work experience in an investment / brokerage company is preferable);
  • availability of a certificate or other document certifying the passage of specialized courses in internal audit or risk management system;
  • knowledge of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) in the formation of the Financial Reporting Package, namely the statement of financial position, the profit and loss statement, the cash flow statement of the company, etc .;
  • knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating the activity of the Broker and the Management Company.
